Start - 16st, 3lb or 103.2kg Month 2 - 15st 12lb, or 100.5kg Montg 3 - 15st 6lb, or 98kg (this is when  I missed 2 1/2 weeks with my bad back). I'm hoping to get down to at least 15st even by the start of next month (I weigh myself at the start of each month). Now you know the terrible truth....

If you really want to know my weight... Start - 16st, 3lb or 103.2kg Month 2 - 15st 12lb, or 100.5kg Montg 3 - 15st 6lb, or 98kg (this is when  I missed 2 1/2 weeks with my bad back). I'm hoping to get down to at least 15st even by the start of next month (I weigh myself at the start of each month). Now you know the terrible truth.... If you dont mind me asking..................... How tall are you??? I was going to ask that - For altogether different reasons.
