Children have an enormous amount of energy and cannot be kept in a classroom all day. They feel children get enough physical activity outside of school and at home. Children don't go home to play outside after school anymore, they go home to play inside with their electronics. This is why chldhood obesity has increased so drastically over the years. Yes, sport is over-emphasized, as a profession, but not enough on the importance of physical activity in general. We need to stress the importance of exercise and how it will affect the futures of ourchildren.
